Digital products are considered delivered once access to the product or download has been provided to the purchaser.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the email account used when placing your order.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or business use.

You may customize templates for use within your own notary business when the product is specifically intended to be customizable.

You may not:

  • Upload purchased resources to shared drives, groups, membership communities, or file-sharing websites

  • Claim our materials as your own

  • Remove copyright or branding for the purpose of redistribution

  • Use our materials to create substantially similar products for resale

  • Provide your login or download access to another person

  • Publish substantial portions of our paid materials online

Each purchase is intended for one purchaser/business unless another license is expressly provided.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all original content available through The Notary Resource Room—including educational materials, written content, graphics, templates, scripts, methods, training materials, videos, branding, and downloadable resources—is owned by or licensed to The Notary Resource Room and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. MENTORSHIP, COACHING AND TRAINING PROGRAMS

Customers purchasing mentorship, coaching, consultations, workshops, webinars, or other training programs are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and completing any recommended implementation or preparation.

Purchasing mentorship or coaching does not guarantee specific business results.

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, unused sessions do not create an entitlement to a refund.

Additional scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, attendance, and participation requirements may be communicated at the time of purchase.

8. PRICING AND PAYMENT

We reserve the right to:
